Andee

In the spring of 2013, Andee crossed paths with Sébastien Lefebvre, lead guitarist of famous Canadian pop band Simple Plan. The chemistry between the two artists was there from the very first session when they embarked on a creative process that would lead to a close collaboration, both in terms of the melodies and lyrics. Andee quickly developed an acoustic universe of her own, an organic pop rock with soul undertones.

All this culminated in January 2014 when Andee signed an agreement with the team at Universal Music for the recording of a first album in English produced by Sébastien Lefebvre. Leading up to releasing her album, Andee had pleasure of opening the show for international superstar, Demi Lovato on her Canadian tour. The shows took Andee across Canada for the first time, signing autographs and taking pictures with new fans after her set, Andee made an instant connection with her audience and catapulted her first single, “Never Gone” into the top 10 on the radio charts, a great set up for the release of her debut album.
Black And White Heart (released May 2015), reveals a fully-fledged artist with a maturity and sensibility rarely seen in someone who is only 23 years old. On this full length record, in a bold yet sensitive manner, Andee openly addresses such topics as love with all its ups and downs, self-discovery, freedom… in other words, life!
